This Privacy Policy explains how CanvasFit collects, uses, and shares information when you use canvasfit.app.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use CanvasFit, we may process:
- account information, such as email address and authentication provider details;
- credit balance and credit ledger records;
- payment and checkout metadata from Stripe, excluding full card details;
- usage and performance analytics, such as page views, device type, and referrer;
- technical data needed for security, debugging, and service reliability.
2. Images
Free resizing modes are processed locally in your browser. CanvasFit does not upload those images to our backend for crop, blur, color padding, or export.
When you use Pad with AI, the prepared image request is sent to a Supabase Edge Function and then to our AI processing provider. CanvasFit does not intentionally store your source image or generated image after processing, but third-party processors may handle temporary request data according to their own infrastructure and policies.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide account login and session management;
- process credit purchases and maintain credit balances;
- deliver AI canvas fill requests;
- prevent abuse and protect service security;
- understand product usage and improve CanvasFit;
- respond to support, refund, or account requests.
4. Third-Party Services
CanvasFit uses third-party services to operate the product, including:
- Vercel for hosting and analytics;
- Supabase for authentication, database, and backend functions;
- Stripe for checkout and payment processing;
- OpenRouter and model providers for AI image processing.
5. Cookies And Local Storage
CanvasFit and its providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for login sessions, security, checkout, analytics, and product preferences.
6. Data Retention
Account, credit, and payment records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain accurate balances, handle refunds, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting requirements. AI images are not intentionally persisted by CanvasFit after processing.
7. Your Choices
You may sign out at any time. You may request account deletion, data access, correction, or support by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, payment, legal, or accounting reasons.
8. International Use
CanvasFit is hosted and operated through cloud providers. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to provider infrastructure and applicable law.
9. Children
CanvasFit is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
