Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CanvasFit, a browser-based image resizing and AI canvas fill tool available at canvasfit.app. By using CanvasFit, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
CanvasFit helps users adapt images to different aspect ratios using crop, blur, color padding, and AI-powered canvas fill. Local resizing modes run in your browser. Pad with AI sends a prepared image request to our server-side processing flow.
2. Accounts
Some features, including Pad with AI and credit purchases, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person.
3. Credits And Payments
Pad with AI uses prepaid credits. Credit purchases are processed through Stripe Checkout. CanvasFit does not receive or store your full payment card details. Credits are generally consumed when an AI request is accepted for processing, including cases where your network connection is interrupted while the response is returning.
Purchased credits do not expire unless required by law or clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Promotional or manually granted credits may expire or be adjusted. Refund requests are handled manually by email review and are not automatic.
4. User Content
You retain your rights to images you upload or process. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use any image with CanvasFit and to send it to AI processing when you use Pad with AI.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CanvasFit to:
- violate laws or third-party rights;
- upload or process content you do not have permission to use;
- abuse, probe, overload, or disrupt the service;
- attempt to bypass authentication, credit checks, or security controls;
- use automated traffic in a way that harms service reliability.
6. AI Output
AI-generated output may be imperfect, inaccurate, or visually inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated images before using or publishing them. CanvasFit does not guarantee that AI output will be suitable for any specific commercial, legal, or professional use.
7. Availability
We aim to keep CanvasFit available, but the service may be interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued. AI processing depends on third-party services, including infrastructure, authentication, payment, and AI providers.
8. Disclaimers
CanvasFit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanvasFit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of CanvasFit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
